This organization is certified as a small minority women owned business, within the City of Houston and recognized as a HUB in the state of Texas. Our curriculum develops leaders by enhancing ones' skills through supervised hand on job training. We partner with contractors and local agencies to offer job placement services for men and women who maybe facing barriers which prevent employment or sustainable wages. These barriers range from adults lacking education, lack of job experience or formerly incarcerated individuals re-entering the community. Providing heavy equipment training focuses on skill shortages, which address the job skills and placement problem faced by contractors all across the world. Our courses are recognized and meet the required standards and regulations on the local, state, and federal level.
AK Build Up, a technology based construction company and training provider, providing services such as land clearing, brush removal, excavation, farmland site prep services and a host of others. We are introducing women and millennials to the advantages of technology in the construction industry. So, together and through partnerships with equipment suppliers, contractors, and multiple career development agencies, we will socially impact the economic opportunities for the community through innovative technology and resources to expand job employment . |

Through the multi-developmental building of skills, AK BUILD UP LLC strives to provide all communities with professional, responsible, safe, productive, well trained and qualified men and women to contribute on highway and project developments perpetually. We will maintain a high level of integrity and ethical values by showing diversity and cultural sensitivity towards all people.
We will be incorporating Smart Construction Technology into our training curriculum anticipating spring 2022, to provide our clients the A.I. experience which is currently being used in the construction industry. Our training is specifically designed for enhancement and customizable for all entities. Training is conducted at actual job site or your company site using the selected types of earth moving equipment required for training obligations. Training can also be designed and provided at an actual field location provided by AK Build Up. |
